Terms of Use

Future Ability v0.1 is an early public beta. It provides evidence-oriented software signals, not a guarantee that a system, deployment, business process, or compliance obligation is correct.

Use of the public scanner

Use the scanner only with public repositories and information you are authorized to inspect. Do not use the service to evade access controls or submit confidential credentials.

Outcome labels

Labels such as PASS, MISMATCH, PARTIAL_ASSURANCE, and UNKNOWN describe the evidence observed by the product at that time. They are not warranties and may be incomplete when an authoritative source is unavailable.

Sandbox

The live sandbox intentionally demonstrates a synthetic mismatch and recovery in an isolated demo environment. It is not a production recovery authorization model.

Private pilots

A pilot request is an expression of interest, not a service contract. Any private-system access, recovery authority, commercial terms, confidentiality obligations, or production use must be separately agreed before access is granted.

Availability

The beta may change, be rate-limited, or be temporarily unavailable. Features may be added, changed, or removed while the product is under active development.

Responsible use

Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the service to probe systems without authorization.
